1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qualion Trip ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Qualion Trip Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India.

2. Service Description

Qualion Trip provides:

  • An online platform for searching and booking hotel accommodations
  • AI-powered travel recommendations through our AI Concierge
  • Hotel verification and review services
  • Payment processing for hotel bookings

We act as an intermediary between travelers (users) and accommodation providers (hotels). We are not the provider of the accommodation services themselves.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To make a booking, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Booking Terms

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to your agreement with the hotel.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We do not charge any hidden fees — the price shown at checkout is the final price.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy andCancellation Policy. Key points:

  • Refunds go to your original payment method, never to a wallet
  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of cancellation
  • Refund amounts depend on cancellation timing

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Comply with hotel rules and policies
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent our payment systems
  • Not post false or misleading reviews
  • Not use automated systems to access the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Qualion Trip, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Qualion Trip Technologies LLP or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualion Trip Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform
  • Any hotel's failure to provide services as described
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking in question.

9. Hotel Verification

While we verify hotels before listing them, we do not guarantee that hotels will maintain their verified standards at all times. If you encounter issues, please contact us within 2 hours of check-in for assistance.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at support@qualiontrip.in to resolve any disputes informally.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
