Photo Verification
We verify that all photos are real and recent — no stock images, no misleading angles. What you see is what you get.
Physical Inspection
Our team physically visits every property before listing. We check rooms, common areas, and overall condition.
Amenity Check
Every claimed amenity is tested. WiFi speed, AC functionality, pool cleanliness, gym equipment — we verify it all.
Re-verification
Properties are re-inspected every 6 months to ensure standards are maintained. Badges can be revoked.

The Verified Badge
When you see the Verified badge on a listing, it means our team has personally inspected this property within the last 6 months and confirmed that:
- All photos are real and accurately represent the property
- Every listed amenity exists and functions properly
- The property meets our cleanliness and safety standards
- Location and distance claims are accurate
Found something different?
If a verified hotel doesn't match its listing, tell us within 2 hours of check-in. We'll investigate immediately and provide compensation if the listing was misrepresented.
